In my household, I am the chef, and I’m on a daily mission to provide our family with healthy, nutritious alternatives to eating out.
My goal is to reduce our food exposure to chemicals, pesticides, and microplastics as much as possible while ensuring that our diets cover the broad spectrum of macronutrient requirements for all members of our family. My primary focus is hacking together recipe modifications that our toddler will love. I’ll even include some stuff I make for our dog.
As I explore more recipes, I’ll add them here so my children never have to wonder what dad/grandpa’s recipes were.
